During this season, join us as we bless local children through the OCJ Kinship Project. OCJ (Opportunity, Community and Justice for Kids) is a faith-based ministry that provides kits to children in the foster care program in Yuma county. OCJ supplies hygiene Welcome Kits, Transitional Suitcases, Kinship Kits, Emergency Overnight Sleep Kits, and clothing items for children and youth in the foster care system. OCJ Kids currently partners with the faith community and Child Welfare officials in Arizona as well as other states across the country.
Please pick-up your bag for OCJ in the church lobby. Each bag has a list of suggested items to make or purchase. The filled bags can be brought to the event. April Hann will join us on Saturday morning and briefly share why she serves and loves the ministry of OCJ.
For questions regarding the event or OCJ donations, e-mail Julie at Julie@foothillsag.org or call the church office.
